Hello everyone. We are proud to announce the wedding of Ramon Dailey and Tiela Short. The wedding will take place on November 19 and 20, 2010 at the Port Ludlow Bay Club.
“Wait a minute,” you’re probably saying to yourself. “How come you listed 2 days? Did you hire the longest-winded preacher alive?”
No, we’re doing something a little different. November 19 and 20 will not only be our wedding, it’s also the 5th annual Dinner and a Murder fundraiser for OlyCAP’S RSVP program. I have been the writer/director of the murder mystery since its inception. Tiela was in the audience the first year, and she’s been in the show every year since then. When I proposed to Tiela the week before the show last year, she came up with the idea of doing our wedding at the show this year.
We’re very excited as this makes the event about more than just our wedding. We’re once again supporting a cause that we believe in, and we get to share our special day (well, days) with a wonderful and supportive community of people who support us and our cause. We can’t think of a better way to make our wedding meaningful and fun.
One benefit is that we don’t have to stress about our invitations and who sits where… everyone is invited! We hope you join us, whether it’s to celebrate our union, support OlyCAP, or just to see the show.
